Mitch Allen and the team at Tidbold provided a stirling service on the recent sale of my property. Mitch in particular was excellent from start to finish. He kept me up to date with viewings, developments, status and feedback. He made it all very easy and straight forward. Despite a cancelled contract, grrrrr PACs, Brad and Mitch kept me up to date and were very helpful and persistent in keeping the advertising relevant and fresh. Dave Tidbold was very good and worked hard and late into the evening to get the best price and result on my behalf on the rare occasion Mitch wasnt available. Brad was great and also very helpful. The support team were great when a contract was signed with an efficient service and quick turn around on all the paperwork.
All in all, I would happily recommend the team at Tidbold and especially Mitch Allen. Mitch was professional, friendly, upfront, had an excellent understanding of the market and even laughed at my jokes lol
