Career Summary

As a Tidbold Real Estate Salesperson, you will guide your clients through buying and selling properties, while maintaining exceptional service and reaching sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead Generation

·         Stability of a long-established, well known company

·         List properties for sale

·         Conduct property inspections

·         Negotiate property sales

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market and industry regulations

Qualifications Required

·         No real estate experience is necessary

·        Build and maintain relationships with clients

·         Exceptional communication skills

·         Be prepared to learn and study hard

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Be of excellent character

·         Self-driven with a high level of integrity and professionalism

·         Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

·         Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

·         Worked in a customer service role or sales role may help but not essential

The HomeFINDER is a new business development role. Your primary duty would be to find homeowners who want to sell their properties.
