Redland City (fondly known as Redlands) is a mere 26 kilometres south-east from Brisbane City and is home to North Stradbroke Island, the Bay Islands and so much more. It is just an hour's drive south from Redlands to the Gold Coast. A diversity of cultures enjoys a relaxed coastal lifestyle, with an abundance of attractions. Redlands is the Traditional Country of the Quandamooka Peoples, and all are invited to learn about the Quandamooka culture through activities, tours and trails.

Redlands offers both bay and bush experiences. The much loved and protected Moreton Bay is a boatie’s dream with plenty of fishing on offer, great spots amongst the various islands to pull up, have a swim and picnic or enjoy some water sports. Dolphins, turtles and other marine life are often visible from the shoreline.

Various suburbs of Redlands encompass a small village feel, with retail shops, cafes, restaurants & every amenity you can think of. Fresh seafood which is sourced daily locally is a delight to Redlands’ residents. People from all walks of life and all ages call Redlands home. The Redlands’ Community is a close-knit one where everyone seems connected in one way or another and most people who move here, never leave.
